Returns & Refunds

We ship worldwide. This policy applies to all orders, wherever you live.

90-day returns
You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging if possible. Trying the costume on indoors to check the size is completely fine. Items that have been worn outside, washed or damaged cannot be accepted. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at info.babystarr@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply within 2 business days with your return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. In those cases, we cover the full cost.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size or design? Request a return and tell us which item you want instead. Once we receive the original, we will send the new one at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping costs are not refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Customs duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country. Unless these are shown and charged at checkout, they are paid by the customer and are not refundable, because they are collected by your local authorities, not by us. For returns from outside the United States, please mark the package as a return so you are not charged again.

European Union and United Kingdom
If your order ships to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may cancel it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. We will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation notice; we may wait until we receive the item back. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is needed to check it.

Your local consumer rights
If the consumer laws of your country give you rights beyond this policy, those rights apply, and nothing in this policy limits them.
