OVERVIEW
Welcome to BabyTogs. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BabyTogs, which operates this online store and all related content, features and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree that the information you give us (email, billing, payment and shipping details) is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We work hard to show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, you are covered by our Refund Policy.
We may update product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Our products are costume clothing for babies and young children. They are not sleepwear and should not be used for sleeping. Children should wear them under adult supervision. Keep them away from fire, candles and other open flames. Please choose the correct size, remove all tags and packaging before use, and follow the care instructions on the label.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Returns, exchanges and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.
Orders are for personal and household use, not for commercial resale.

SECTION 5 - PRICES, TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one in effect when you place your order. Unless shown at checkout, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties or import fees, which may be charged by your country. You agree that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use your payment method.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates. If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us and we will help under our Refund Policy. Customs processing in your country may add time to your delivery.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without our written permission.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and BabyTogs. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products or services purchased from us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases from us.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
Personal information you share with us is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and our service providers, who may be located in other countries, also process your information to provide the Services.

SECTION 11 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use, publish and display them for any purpose, including marketing, without payment. You confirm that your feedback is your own, is truthful, discloses any incentive you received, and does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove feedback that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Our website may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, prices, availability or delivery times. We may correct them at any time and, if an error affects your order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country where the law allows it.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. We will notify you of important changes as required by law.
